| This piece was designed for a unique
situation where the customer had an aerie room at the top of their house
and wanted a way to be able to recline and still see out of the windows
that are at about 55" off the floor. We came up with this
bunk/trundle bed with a stack of drawers on one end. |
|
| The ladder is movable and the entire lower
bed frame rolls out on casters and locks into place for use. |

We used this post and cap look to match the stairway
that leads up to the aerie. Most of the wood for this project came from
flooring boards that were left over from the customers cherry floor.
